Week 9 Progress

It is the last week of setting goals for this presentation. My hardware is done, I have the vibrating motors working, all of my hardware is functional without error but my code is still throwing me wild-balls. I am still trying to decide which is best for getting the vibrating motors to work best. I have videos of the code working on a breadboard set of motors and working on the soldered protoboards as well but it works for approximately 2 minutes before the code needs to be re-uploaded. The videos are shown below:

With demo board.

With jacket circuitry.

For the final week of goals for this project, I want to get the hardware integrated into the jacket and the buttons all sewed on and ready to go. The code works for all bass notes in the music but nothing above the bass and subwoofer notes. I want to be able to access the extremes of the ranges not just the minimum. I will keep working at this and hopefully get the code ready to be uploaded and running just right in time to “hopefully” test out my jacket on a few people. I was wondering, in terms of EXPO most likely being cancelled along with our presentations, what if we were to also do a video of each of us explaining our product as if we were there in person at the time of EXPO, and hold a live, virtual, Q&A session? That way we still get the feeling of a presentation to the public without causing a health risk? I want to present all my hard work and I am worried I won’t be able to.
